2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the ph555 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. 2.3 Single Account Rule. Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account on the ph555 Platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual, household, device, or IP address constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances, including winnings.
2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. ph555 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify any information provided.
2.5 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, ph555 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport). Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold pending document submission and review.
2.6 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of ph555, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money wagering on the ph555 Platform.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify ph555 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ph555 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your Account remains accurate and up to date. Material changes to your personal information, including changes to your registered Philippine mobile number or banking details, must be reported to ph555 promptly.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your ph555 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account will render it immediately subject to suspension.
4.1 Approved Payment Methods. ph555 accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. ph555 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify approved payment methods at any time with or without notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, Coins.ph) and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. Specific minimum amounts for each payment method are displayed on the Cashier page within your Account.
4.3 No Fees. ph555 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider or bank may apply their own fees or exchange rates, for which ph555 bears no responsibility.
4.4 Funds Ownership. By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. ph555 will not process deposits that appear to originate from unlawful or suspicious sources.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ph555 is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. ph555 reserves the right to request documentation regarding the source of funds deposited, and to delay or withhold processing of withdrawals pending the satisfactory completion of AML checks.
4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting ph555 to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of these Terms. ph555 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account and pursue recovery of any reversed funds, including through legal action where applicable.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible for withdrawal, a Player must have completed KYC verification, deposited via at least one approved payment method, and met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds claimed. Real Money Funds that have not been used to claim a bonus are withdrawable without wagering requirements.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for bank transfer withdrawals are ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your VIP tier and are communicated within your Account dashboard.

In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded by ph555 carry wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
6.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirement completion. Contribution percentages are stated in individual promotion terms. Games explicitly excluded from wagering contribution will be identified in the relevant promotion terms.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds expire 30 days after the date they are credited to the Player's Account. Expired Bonus Funds and associated uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited without compensation.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

7.1 RNG Certification. All non-live games offered on the ph555 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game interface.
7.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are operated in real time by human dealers via streaming video. Game outcomes in live dealer environments are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) rather than software RNG. The results of all completed live game rounds are final.
7.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session, ph555 will make commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and determine the correct outcome. 7.5 Unauthorized Software. 8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph555 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

10.2 Limited License. ph555 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right or license in any ph555 intellectual property is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, upload, post, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any ph555 intellectual property without the express prior written consent of ph555.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph555 Platform.
11.2 ph555's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.
11.3 ph555 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond ph555's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. ph555 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability outside of its reasonable control.
11.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph555 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your ph555 Account at any time by contacting ph555 Customer Support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified Real Money Fund balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and AML clearance.
12.2 Termination for Cause. ph555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, ph555 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance (including Real Money Funds) where there is evidence of fraud, criminal conduct, or bonus abuse. In all other cases, legitimate Real Money Funds will be returned subject to completed verification.
13.1 ph555 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or by a notice displayed on the ph555 Platform.
13.2 Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no earlier than 14 days following notification for material changes (unless a shorter period is required by regulatory obligation or legal necessity).
13.3 Your continued use of the ph555 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions and your use of the ph555 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended), the relevant PAGCOR charter provisions, Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act).
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph555 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, with PAGCOR having regulatory oversight of matters relating to licensed gaming operations.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph555's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of applicable jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

15.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, account balances, or bonus awards, you should first raise the matter with ph555 Customer Support. ph555 will investigate all legitimate disputes within a reasonable timeframe and provide a written response. If you are not satisfied with ph555's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's complaint handling channels as the applicable regulatory authority.
15.4 Language. These Terms and Conditions are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
